Homemade Chimichuri

Homemade Chimichuri Sauce – a perfect addition to a summer BBQ 

1 cup flat Parsley (you could also use curly parsley)
1 cup Cilantro
3 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Onion
1 Red Chilli (Mild or small bird eye chilli depending on the amount of heat you can handle)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp vinegar
Juice of half a lemon
Add all ingredients into a chopper and blend until coarse. Then add 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil  (be generous :P)

Pour the sauce into a jar and serve with Meat
