I am terrible at consuming milk and have battled it almost my whole life. I still remember tricking my mum every morning before school by pouring out my share of milk into the plants or having my younger brother drink it all up. It has always made me sick and little did I know until a few years ago that I was border line lactose intolerant. Not a severe case but enough to make me want to throw up.
After lots of research and reading, this week I finally tried something new for the first time – Soy Milk 🙂 Aleluhia!! The asians could go on about its benefits and now I too have officially got on that band wagon! Here’s how soy milk can help:

Grape Soy Smoothie
1 cup Soy milk
1 cup yogurt ( If not allergic)
1 cup seedless grapes
Run in a blender for a minute and Voila !
